What are goals?
Goals are a certain point that a person wants to reach in a certain time period.
What is goal setting?
Goal setting is the act of settting goals or points to reach that help improve a certain thing.
What is the difference in long-term goals and short -term goals?
long-term goals are objective that you set on a personal or professional level which you will meet in a long period of time 1 year, 5 years, 25 years, etc. Short term goals could include cleaning the house, or mowing the lawn, anything that doesn't take too long to accomplish
What are the step necessary for successful goal setting?
I think the goals that are set should be measurable,action-oriented,and realistic. Another important factor to remimber while setting your goal is your time and resources. while working on your goals you should make assessments.
