Personal fitness is important to me because it is needed in order for me to stay healthy and happy. My age is a reason to be healthy
Why do some people neglect their health by chooseing not to participate in physical activity?
Some people neglect their health do to the lack of athletic back round. They simply tell themselves if they have never been active what makes them think that they are going to be active in the future.
What are the primary health risk factors, and which ones controlled?
- Inactivity- Active people have fewer heart problems
- Obesity- Exessive deposits of fat in the body .
- High Blood Pressure- A major cause of heart and other circulatory problems
- High Levels of Cholesterol- May collect in blood vessels and clog them.
- Gender & Age- Age increase the risk of developing coronary heart disease. (And can not be controled)
- Stress & and Tention- Can be controled with exercise.
- Heredity-(can't be controled).
- Smoking-Can be controled.
